Alternative Dispute Resolution
for Consumer Conflicts (ADR)

Under Law No. 144/2015 of 8 September, we inform that, in the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.

ADR allows an impartial third party (mediator, conciliator or arbitrator) to assist the consumer and the supplier of goods or service provider in reaching an amicable solution, in a faster, simpler and more economical way than a judicial process.
